Master of Nursing Science (Community Nurse Practitioner) (Thai Program)

Philosophy of the Program
            To produce graduates who possess in-depth knowledge and skills for primary medical care, community diagnosis, evidence-based problem solving in the community context, and are able to conduct research

Expected Learning Outcomes
(1) Analyze health system and its association with policy at the national level and Asian countries
(2) Integrate concepts and principles in nursing, and public health disciplines in nursing practice and research
(3) Demonstrate leadership role among multidisciplinary team, communities, and organizations based on community and its cultural relevance, information technology, and capability for lifelong learning
(4) Practice of common disease treatment and nursing care with professional code of moral & ethics by applying knowledge translation in advanced nurse practitioner,  public health, medical science, and research in order to promote health, prevent diseases, and recover health status
(5) Conduct research based on the existing body of knowledge in nursing, public health, and medical science to explore phenomena of interest and solve health problem among individual, family, population, and community and publish it at the national and international level

Admission Requirements
(1) Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or certificate equivalent to Bachelor's degree in nursing and have work experience at least 1 year as a professional nurse/nurse instructor.
(2) Applicants must have nursing and midwifery professional license.
(3) Applicants receive a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.
(4) Applicants have an English proficiency in a MU GRAD TEST score with a minimum of 60.
